Conta.es is a cloud accounting platform designed to work with autónomos in Spain. It helps the accountant and the client work in one system: the client can issue invoices, upload documents, connect a bank account and manage part of their operations independently, while the accountant receives already prepared and structured data for control, review and reporting. The platform also includes automation of calculations, generation of tax forms and tools that help manage more clients with less manual work.
Conta.es provides free access to the platform for accountants, bookkeeping firms, and tax advisory firms in Spain. The promotion applies both to the accountant and to all of their clients, with no limit on the number of clients. Under this promotional offer, the accountant’s clients receive access to the PRO plan functionality for 6 months (180 days) from the date of the accountant’s registration. Clients receive the same access period as the accountant, and the countdown starts from the date the accountant’s profile is created.
The special offer is valid from April 20, 2026 to July 31, 2026, inclusive. During this period, new accountant, bookkeeping firm, or tax advisory firm profiles registered under the promotional offer receive free access to the platform for 180 days from the date of registration.
This offer is designed for accountants, gestorías and asesorías who work with autónomos in Spain and want to manage clients in one system, reduce manual work through platform automation and use a modern tool without additional costs.
For accountant profiles and their clients registered during the promotional period, free access remains available for 6 months (180 days) from the date of the accountant profile registration, even if this period extends beyond the promotion end date. After this period ends, the platform switches to the standard pricing terms, and further use of Conta.es will be possible after payment for any of the plans.
The standard trial period is available to any user and is limited to 2 months. The standard trial period does not include downloading tax reports. Under the promotional offer, the accountant’s client receives extended functionality without the limitations of the standard trial period for 6 months (180 days) from the date the accountant’s profile is registered.
The accountant receives free access to the platform to work with their clients: viewing documents, transactions, bank statements, if the client uses this function, as well as generation of tax reports. This makes it possible to use Conta.es as a workspace for client interaction and data preparation.
The system currently provides automatic generation of the following tax forms: Modelo 303, Modelo 130, Modelo 111, Modelo 115 and Modelo 349.
Currently under development are Modelo 180, Modelo 190, Modelo 347, Modelo 390, Modelo 100, the salary module and features for SL.
Conta.es can be used as a practical working tool in several scenarios:
  • as an interface for the client, where the accountant independently uploads documents, enters data and issues invoices on behalf of the autónomo;
  • as a shared workspace with the autónomo, where the accountant sees documents, transactions, bank statements and reports in one system, while the autónomo independently uploads expenses and issues invoices;
  • as a document exchange tool with the client, if the main accounting work is carried out in another program: the client issues invoices for their services or goods, uploads expenses, and the accountant reviews and exports the data.
  • Yes. If you already work with another accounting program, we can develop a data export for your system. To do this, simply contact [email protected] and specify which software you use and in which format you need the export.
    No. The client only needs to register via the link and sign in to the system. The interface is available in Spanish, Russian, English and Romanian, which makes it easier to work with foreign clients.
    The client connects their bank account through the platform. Once connected, transactions are automatically imported into the system, and the accountant gets more convenient access to account movements and can work faster with transaction classification.
    The platform is primarily suited for autónomos - self-employed individuals in Spain - who manage part of their operations independently but want to work under the accountant’s supervision or together with the accountant in one system.
    At the moment, the platform’s main focus is working with autónomos. Features for SL are under development.
    To start using the platform, you need to register an accountant profile. After signing in, you will be able to create client profiles yourself or invite autónomos to create a profile to which you will have access.
    Yes. Conta.es can be used only for invoicing. Even on the free plan, a user can create up to 10 invoices per month, download them as PDF, send them to clients by email, WhatsApp or link, and also invite an accountant to work with documents in the system.
    Yes. Conta.es supports VeriFactu in the invoicing module. This function is available across all plans, including the free invoicing option, and helps users work in accordance with the requirements of Spanish legislation for invoicing systems.
    Yes. Conta.es helps reduce errors through automation and built-in control mechanisms. The system automatically calculates IVA and retenciones de IRPF, assigns invoice numbering, allows the use of numbering series, stores client data, products and services for repeated use, and also supports working with ready-made templates. This reduces the risk of errors in manual entry, data duplication, calculations and document preparation.
    Yes. Conta.es users have access to materials that help them start working with the system more quickly: a video overview, blog articles and an help center with instructions. In addition, the platform offers a multilingual interface, which makes it easier for clients to learn the system if they are more comfortable working in a language other than Spanish.
    Data entry in Conta.es is organised to minimise manual work as much as possible. The user can enter information in different ways: create invoices in the system, upload receipts and documents for recognition, and connect a bank account for automatic transaction import. As a result, part of the data is filled in and processed automatically, and the accountant receives more structured information for further work.
    Document scanning in Conta.es helps save time and reduce errors in data entry. Instead of manually transferring information from receipts and invoices, the system automatically recognises the key data, which speeds up document processing and reduces the risk of inaccuracies associated with manual entry. For the accountant, this means faster collection of client data, less routine work and more convenient subsequent document review.

A video overview of the system, articles and instructions in the help center support onboarding, while the clear multilingual interface reduces the number of client questions and simplifies joint work with the accountant.
